Adam Kessner is a Partner of Paddington Stone Commercial Strategies and the President of Paddington Stone Realty, a residential real estate firm with three offices in Westchester County. Adam is also the President of Vertical City Realty, a commercial and residential real estate firm in Manhattan. Adam has had tremendous experience and success in all aspects of real estate. By building a business with experienced agents, they have completed transactions ranging from $1,000 rentals to $15 million dollar homes to $25 million dollar commercial properties.
After completing a Master’s Degree in Business, Adam immediately started his own company, Vertical City, and created a business model that was unprecedented. He has since gone on to open four offices and with Pamela Strauss as his Partner, continues to build an empire of “Real Estate Success” throughout Westchester County. Adam was born into the real estate business and continues to carry his family’s legacy into a new generation.

Pamela Strauss is a Partner of Paddington Stone Commercial Strategies and the President of Retail Strategies, both commercial real estate firms with two offices in downtown White Plains.
Pamela has been a driving force behind commercial real estate in Westchester County. After a few years in New York City with Murray Hill Properties, Pamela started her own real estate firm, Retail Strategies, focusing only on Westchester and Fairfield Counties. Almost immediately, Pamela achieved her goal of bringing a new class of business to the retail real estate market. And after completing millions of dollars in leasing transactions, Pamela was asked to represent sellers looking to maximize their profit on property sales. In one year, Pamela represented both the buyers and sellers on three separate transactions totaling $10 million. It wasn’t long before the names “Pamela Strauss” and “Retail Strategies” became synonymous with “Dealmaking”.
Pamela continues to have exclusive listings for multi-family, medical, office and retail buildings; both for sale and for lease. Pamela and Paddington Stone Commercial Strategies have been fortunate to remain extremely active in this economy, proving that professionalism and hard-work motivate and breed success.
